Full payment – if check in is less than 14 days
50% deposit – if check in is more than 14 days
Balance payment – due no less than 14 days prior to check in
Breakage deposit (equal to 1 night’s stay) – due with balance payment
Subject to no breakage and banking details provided by guest – a full refund will be processed 5 working days after check out
Cancellation Policy Self Catering Cape Town Accommodation
Free cancellation – within 24 hours of booking
Forfeit 50% of deposit – less than 30 days prior to check in
Forfeit 100% of deposit – less than 21 days prior to check in
Forfeit full payment – less than 14 days prior to check in
COVID-19 related cancellation : “bank your stay” for suited future dates within a 2 year period & subject to availability – seasonal rates will apply. No refund.
